Delete my data
No account, no login, and you do not need the app installed.
Read this first — it is probably all you need. Almost everything CryPhone knows about you is stored on your own phone and has never been sent anywhere. Open the app and use Settings → Erase everything. That deletes your mood history, drop history, conversations, personality choice, friendship score, streak and settings, immediately and completely. We are not involved, because we never had a copy.
Uninstalling the app does the same thing. The form below is only for the small amount that our servers hold.
What our servers actually hold

There is no conversation history on our servers to delete. AI messages pass through and are not stored. Your name is never sent to us at all — the model writes a placeholder and the app substitutes the name on your device.

What happens next
We receive the request
Nothing is deleted yet, and no account is created. The request is stored with your email address and note, and nothing else.
You confirm by email
We send a one-time confirmation link to the address you gave. This step exists because without it anyone who knows your email address could destroy a subscription you paid for — the confirmation is the only proof we have that the request is yours, since there is no account to log into.
The link expires in 24 hours. If you do not click it, nothing is deleted.
We delete, within 30 days and usually the same day
The rows go, and we email you a plain-language list of what was deleted. Rate-limit rows are removed at once. Licence and binding rows are removed at once. Backups are overwritten on their own cycle, which completes within 35 days.
The one thing we keep, and why
If you paid us, Indian tax law requires us to retain the transaction record — the amount, the date and the payment reference — for eight years. We keep that and nothing else: your email address is removed from it, and we cannot use what remains to identify you or to contact you.
This is a legal obligation rather than a choice, and it is the reason we do not promise "everything, with no exceptions".

A form is offered here because Google Play requires a web route that works without installing the app, and because a form makes sure we ask for the right things first time.
